This forum will:

describe and discuss the key legal documents involved in end of life care planning
provide commentary on the conditions that warrant forgoing options like artificial life supports and other life prolonging interventions
explain comfort and palliative care

There will be ample time for questions and conversation.

A light breakfast of bagels, cream cheese, fruit, coffee, tea, and juice will be offered.
